Sarah is responsible for the efficient operation, direction and strategy of all functions within the Caravan Liaison/ Customer Aftercare department.
Gemma has a wealth of caravan industry experience and administrates our aftersales and warranty functions
Jess organises the day to day operation of the Customer Liaison & Aftersales department and participates in and guides the more complex queries.
Kelly is our longest serving team member, having been with Belfield Furnishings since 2002. She deals with all aftersales and warranty enquiries and orders.
Donna has been with Belfield since 2007 and is responsible for processing highly complex orders for our largest customers and managing our caravan refurbishment schedules.
Kelly White has been with Belfield Furnishings since 2005 and administrates our 3rd party carrier collections and deliveries as well as dealing with aftersales/warranty queries.
Daniel is our newest member of staff and is being mentored in all aspects of customer liaison/aftersales administration as part of an apprenticeship programme
